By using the website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

MomentumQ develops and provides proprietary software tools and trading indicators for market analysis and education.

MomentumQ does not:

• offer investment advice or recommendations,
• execute or manage trades,
• accept or manage client funds, or
• offer or sell financial instruments.

All content and products are for informational and educational purposes only. Users act at their own risk.

3. Accounts and Access

Some features require registration. You must:

• provide accurate information,
• keep credentials confidential, and
• accept responsibility for all activity on your account.

MomentumQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing and billing terms are displayed during checkout or sign-up.

• Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (“Stripe”).
• Stripe may collect and process payment details (card number, billing address, transaction data) for authorization and fraud prevention.
• MomentumQ does not store or access full credit-card information.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access expires at the end of the subscription period unless manually renewed.
• Refunds are not provided after digital access is granted unless required by law.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, indicators, design, text, graphics, and materials are the intellectual property of MomentumQ GmbH or its licensors.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or redistribute any content,
• reverse-engineer or extract source code, or
• use content for resale or unauthorized commercial purposes.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The indicators and market analyses (“Information”) provided by MomentumQ GmbH do not constitute financial services or advice. They are provided solely for educational and analytical purposes and do not guarantee accuracy or future results.

Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of capital. Use of our products is at your own risk. MomentumQ GmbH is not liable for losses or damages arising from use or reliance on its products or information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomentumQ GmbH is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or inability to use its services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Community and Conduct

Community participation (e.g., Discord) requires respectful conduct and compliance with community rules. MomentumQ may remove content or restrict users who violate these rules or engage in illegal activity.

9. Compliance and Restrictions

Users must not use MomentumQ for unlawful activities, including:

• insider trading or market manipulation,
• data scraping or unauthorized access,
• malware distribution, or
• intellectual-property infringement.

10. Cross-Border Use and Reverse Solicitation

MomentumQ operates from Switzerland and targets Swiss users. We do not actively market financial products abroad. Foreign users accessing our services do so on their own initiative (reverse solicitation). We make no representation that our products are lawful outside Switzerland.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.

12. Changes to These Terms

MomentumQ may update these Terms at any time. Revised versions take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
